Purchase Options Cancellation Policy (UK)

We understand that sometimes you may need to make a change shortly after placing an order.

Orders may be eligible for cancellation within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to approval.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at andrea@telacuento.shop with your order number.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
In these cases, our Returns & Refund Policy applies.

Please note that custom, made-to-order, or limited production items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
